As a Senior UX Designer, you will be working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and Operations teams to build the next iteration define the capabilities and services that drive our product roadmap.  You will interact with customers on both sides of our online warehouse marketplace to gather requirements, understand their needs and collect early feedback. You will find opportunities to work with some of the largest companies in the world and help build flexibility supply chain with FLEXE on-demand platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver UI/UX visions, wireframes, and prototyping and design specifications
  • Work with product managers and developers through the implementation phase.
  • Participate in internal & external customer research and apply insights to generate designs that deliver customer delight.
  • Transform complex interaction patterns and processes beyond a single solution.
  • Instill strong design values, backed up by expertise, design methods, customer data, and industry trends.
  • Help develop and manage a scalable, programmable UI library.
  • Steward in design pattern and standards as FLEXE scales.
  • Designing for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Work well with ambiguity.


  • 5+ years of experience and be able to show a full and rich portfolio of UX projects you have worked on.
  • A minimum of a BA/HND in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Communication Design, Arts or equivalent experience.
  • Responsive design and cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, emails).
  • Experienced in product development.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and methods, and major market design system, e.g. Material Design.
  • Fluent in current software products including Sketch, Adobe CS as well as learning new tools as we scale.
  • Experience creating and managing UI libraries and visual guidelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation. and organizational skills.
  • Fanatical about detail.
  • Bonus: Experience in both B2B and B2C is a major plus.
