The Market Development Team at FLEXE thrives on finding and building relationships with warehouse partners who are a great fit for the FLEXE network.  We love to share our vision and help potential partners understand how FLEXE can help their business.

We are looking for an experienced Market Development Associate (MDA) to help drive growth of our warehouse network. This person will be a highly motivated self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound calls & marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research.

As an MDA with FLEXE your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Outbound Prospecting:  Work with the FLEXE market development team to create, research and prioritize target account lists.  Generate qualified partnership opportunities through outbound prospecting activities.
  • Account Detail Maintenance:  Actively enter, update and maintain all prospect information and communication in SalesForce.
  • Inbound Lead Management and Onboarding:  Field inbound leads and vet prospects based on pre-defined requirements.  Onboard warehouse partners new to the marketplace.  Note: Onboarding does not require any specific technical expertise. 


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-3 years experience prospecting into SMB and enterprise level accounts
    • Developing target account and contact lists
    • Managing client data in SalesForce or other CRM. 
  • Equally comfortable talking with facility operators and company executives
  • Experience with SalesForce and Outreach a plus. 
  • Enterprise software or technology sales experience is big plus
  • Previous experience in a software startup environment a plus
  • Previous experience in warehousing, supply chain or logistics a plus
  • Flexibility to changing work requirements based on shifting priorities
