Content Marketing Specialist

Our cloud-based software platform connects 900+ warehouse facilities across North America, making the process of sourcing and scaling warehousing and services easy and efficient. FLEXE is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. We’re looking for a creative and experienced writer who understands the impact content has in B2B tech by driving high-quality leads through the marketing and sales funnel. This role will also be responsible for promoting content across a variety of channels and measuring engagement to drive awareness of FLEXE.

This individual is passionate, driven, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate also excels in fast-paced startup environments, and wants to be part of a nimble, but growing, team.

This position is based in Seattle and is not eligable for remote work.


  • Create and post various types of content, including long-form blogs (1200+ words), social media posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, and emails
  • Manage amplification of content launches for blogs, white papers, case studies, and more
  • Edit content produced by other team members and departments 
  • Collaborate with other teams to create innovative content ideas to add to content calendar
  • Analyze content marketing metrics and optimize as needed 
  • Help with Event and Conferences coordination and marketing materials as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience writing various types of content, including long-form blog posts, case studies, and white papers 
  • Experience in content amplification across website, social media channels, and paid advertising (as applicable)
  • Ability to analyze content metrics across platforms and optimize strategy to improve performance
  • Experience using WordPress preferred
  • Design experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus


  • 3+ years of content marketing and/or marketing writing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or similar field
  • Must be authorized to work in the US. We will not be sponsoring visas for this role at this time.
