Demand Generation Manager

Our mission is to provide software and services that makes it uber easy for retailers & brands to scale their warehousing & fulfillment networks to rival Amazon, without fixed cost investments. FLEXE is transforming the $1.4T(!) logistics industry.

The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for end-to-end creation & execution of campaigns to drive new prospect engagement across a variety of digital & analog channels including: social media, direct mail, events, et al. This person will work directly with other FLEXE internal groups including Business Development, Product & Content Marketing, Sales Development and more. 

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive prospect engagement
  • Work closely with internal & external resources to create inbound leads via SEO, SEM, content, etc.
  • Analyze campaign results, identify opportunities for improvement, and iterate
  • Manage and meet campaign budgets & timelines

Specific job requirements include:

  • Possesses high sense of urgency and strong bias for action
  • Ability to work and thrive in ambiguous environment with conflicting priorities
  • Minimum of 2 years experience of marketing campaign management OR project management
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology business
  • Strong analytical mindset
